    Shipping and Order Processing

    Orders shipped within the continental United States (the contiguous 48 states) receive FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $45.  This offer does not cover express, expedited, or second day shopping.

    The Free Shipping Policy does not apply to orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO's, FPO's and DPO's.

    Free shipping does not apply to any item that requires freight ground delivery.  We will contact you immediately by phone to provide you with the freight cost before shipping your order.

    We ship orders via UPS.

    Delivery Time

    To provide our customers with the most competitive pricing and shipping cost we may elect to ship packages via USPS priority mail if they weight less than 2lbs.

    We reserve the right to choose the carrier on orders that include free shipping.

    Shipping cost is calculated in the shopping cart and are based on weight and distance.

    Orders placed during regular business hours will be processed within 1-2 business days.  Orders placed on Friday after 2pm EST, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday.

    Any customer that refuses their package will be charged the original shipping cost, plus the cost of shipping to have the item returned back to us.

    We are so positive you will love your purchase and the quality products provided by that we offer you this exclusive guarantee.  This means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can call us and return it for a refund.  With over 50 years of specialized knowlege and experience you can feel confident with every purchase.

    How do you return your product?

    It's simple!  Call us with your Order Number and explain your reason for return.  We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and provide you with instructions for returning the product.

    Please DO NOT try to return your product without a RMA#.  Different products may need to be returned to a specific location.

    What happens if I don't get an RMA# and ship the item back?

    The package may be refused if not properly labeled.  You would then incur all additional shipping cost to return it again.  We want to save you the hassle!


    General Returns

    • Unopened Merchandise may be exchanged or refunded.  Unopened means you have not removed the contents from the packaging (e.g. box, blister pack, cardboard header) and it is still factory sealed.
    • Opened Merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the merchandise cost.  It must be returned in the origianl factory packaging with all Packing Materials (e.g. preformed styrofoam, bags), Warranty Cards, Manuals, and Accessories.
    • Return Shipping Costs are only covered by if we made an error in fullfillment of your order and you allow us to replace or repair the item.  This includes defective products, missing items, and incorrect products received.  If you elect not to repair or replace the item it becomes a General Return and you will be responsible for the original shipping cost to send the item and return shipping cost from the carrier of your choice.
    • All returns must be shipped via a traceable method (e.g. UPS, Fedex, USPS) with all shipping costs prepaid.
    • If any machine or product is returned without accessories or packaging a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • Sewing cabinets, cutting tables, cabinet inserts, and quilting table extensions. 
    • Assembled Machine Quilting Frames
    • All Industrial Machines
    • Freight Intesive Items
    • ALL items missing origial factory box


    Damaged & Defective Merchandise:

    If you received an item that is damaged or defective, notify us within 30 days of delivery to arrange for repair, replacement, or item exchange.
